On three separate occasions I have had building inspections carried out by Rod, each time his wife Vicki has been very accommodating, patient and has gone out of her way to arrange appointment for me last minute despite their busy schedule. Rod has decades of experience in the industry and has my full trust and if any real estate agent tries to discredit him it only shows that they are not to be trusted.

We’ve used Rod Poyser twice and along with Vicki, they’ve provided excellent, warm, clear and trustworthy service. Rod picked up on a lot of issues we couldn’t see on one place helping us to avoid a lemon and another place he gave us peace of mind.

Rod Poyser Inspections were a pleasure to deal with. I live interstate and after calling a few different places for a price, went with Rod Poyser Inspections after a referral from a real estate agent. Booking in was easy and the report and phone call I received were so comprehensive, that it left me in no doubt about the condition of the properties I was looking to purchase without actually being there to see it. We found Rod very easy to deal with and extremely informative Prior to putting our house on the market we wanted to get an independent evaluation of what hidden hiccups in the sale process may exist. We found Rod very easy to deal with and extremely informative as he pointed out some issues we weren’t aware of. The issues were easy to rectify and prevented any further damage to areas. Rod came back to update the report and the colour photos give a clear understanding of our property inside and out for potential buyers.
